Brief Architectural Description

Ancient monastic site of sixth-century foundation. Remains of early church and round tower. Hall and tower by John Bowden, date on plaque 1821. North transept, 1862-63 either by J.F. Fuller or Welland & Gillespie; now closed off for use as parish room.
